Disclaimer

  • By purchasing my service as an independent artist, you automatically agree to the following conditions. Please read these terms in their entirety before submitting an inquiry.
  • Usage of my artwork in NFT or AI-generated image spaces is forbidden.
  • If you are not willing to agree to my conditions and terms of service, you may not order a commission.

    • What I will work with...

    Buyer's Rights

  • If your commission is to remain private, please inform me upon inquiry.
  • 1 slot = 1 customer/client. You may purchase multiple commissions.
  • You, the Client, will be expected to first read my terms of service and submit an inquiry.
  • You may use my artwork for personal use, including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.
  • You may post my artwork on your own social media; please provide credit to me as the artist.
  • You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the artwork, as long as the physical reproduction is for personal use only.
  • You may not claim my artwork to be yours.
  • You may not post my artwork in any physical OR digital gallery that is intended for your work only.
  • You may not re-sell my artwork in any form unless otherwise discussed.
  • You may not use the artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial, unless otherwise discussed.
  • You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.
  • You are NOT authorized to trace over my artwork in any way, including the use of my artwork as a 'base.'
  • These terms apply to every client without exception. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully.

    • Seller's Rights

  • I do not operate under deadlines for private commissions; thus, you may not set a time limit for your commission. I cannot afford to make exceptions in this manner.
  • Non-private commissions may be posted in my personal galleries after production.
  • I do not work faster upon request. I work in a particular order and during specific times of the month.
  • I have the right to decline any commission should I find it necessary, whether my style doesn't fit the subject matter, or I am not comfortable with the contents of the order. The circumstances are mine to decide.

    • Commercial Usage Agreement

  • If you, the Client, wish to order a commission for commercial use, the total price of the commission (as well as any other royalties) will be agreed upon upfront.
  • In any case where you, the client, are to receive profit from a medium/platform in which my artwork is used, the price of the artwork will be increased via percentage (minimum 100%). For more information, ask me directly upon inquiry, as this price increase is dependent on many factors, and is different case-by-case.

    • Copyright

  • I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion. Credit for any character design work will always be provided.
  • I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work.

    • NDA/Total Privacy Request

  • If you wish for your commission to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process. The total privacy request entails that I am not allowed to share any part of the image publicly, and a non-disclosure agreement shall be enacted. For this, I have a +5% NDA fee.*

    • *Fee is subject to change depending on the size of the project.

    Final User Agreement

  • By submitting an inquiry, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described herein.
  • You are agreeing to use the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me.
  • Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.

    • Payment Information

    Payment is to be sent via CashApp at this time. Due to the app's limitations, I can only accept orders from clients based in the United States and United Kingdom.

    To reserve a slot in the queue, an upfront deposit must be paid prior to the closing of the sale. The deposit is non-negotiable, non-refundable, and totals to the price specified in the initial quote. If applicable, revisions are subject to additional charge.     7 days after my slots open, they will close again and I will begin working. My active queue can be found here.

    To reiterate, once the initial deposit has been received it is non-refundable regardless of circumstance. Prior to ordering, please fully ensure that you are financially prepared to do so.
